Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to take the lead in managing our Containment Level 2 and 3 laboratories, Liquid Nitrogen facilities, and core laboratory services. This is a hands-on role with real impact, combining technical expertise, safety management, and team leadership to support world-class research and teaching at the School. The post holder will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with biosafety and regulatory standards, and act as a key contact for laboratory services across the School. They will also manage a small team of technicians, coordinate maintenance and safety audits, and play a vital part in keeping our research infrastructure running to the highest standards.
Person Specification
