Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Home
I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Deputy Manager for a Children's Residential Home.
We are looking for a qualified Deputy Manager who can assist the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home, as well as support the staff team woth daily tasks.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home
* Support the staff team with daily tasks
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (Or equivalent)
* Prior experience as Deputy Manager of a Residential Home (Preferred)
* Strong staff management skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Good understanding about Ofsted regulations
