Working at Medivet Minster offers more than a job. Responsibilities
* Deliver consultations and surgical procedures to a high standard, with tailored treatment plans and clear cost estimates.
* Mentor and support the clinical team and contribute to ongoing improvements in clinical practice.
* Handle routine and more complex medical and surgical cases in collaboration with colleagues.
* Provide clear client updates and ensure professional excellence with regulatory, practice and operational compliance.
* Prepare tailored, accurate treatment plans and coordinate care for each patient.
* Engage, mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills and utilisation.
* Complete clinical handover and arrange transfers for out-of-hours or enhanced care when needed.
* Share clinical best practice within and across Medivet practices.
Your Skills And Experience
* RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
* Experience in small animal surgery and medicine with a track record of delivering high-quality patient and client care.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate clinical leadership.
* Experience in implementing a progressive clinical culture and supporting nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures.
* Strong coaching and influencing skills to support colleagues.
