3 months contract with local authority We are seeking a Trust 25 Project Support Lead to take a lead role in the implementation and delivery of the Trust 25 project. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the quality of practice across the breadth of those working directly with children, young people, and their families. This role will involve providing technical/professional expertise to Trust staff, managers, and leaders, as well as delivering training and continuing professional development to learners within the development programs across the Trust. Responsibilities Provide a lead role in improving the quality of practice across the breadth of those working directly with children, young people, and their families. Be responsible for the delivery and continuing professional development of learners within the development programs across the Trust, including working with parents, coaching, and wider training. Support and assess the learning and development of learners through training and learning opportunities provided. Co-ordinate and lead development programs and design and implement local induction for each learner, offering advice and support as necessary and modeling best practice. Identify, design, and implement learning activities such as training, reflective sessions, or workshops in line with staff learning needs across the Trust. Work closely with the Practice Academy team and the Practice Hub to influence change and support the delivery of the Trust's Practice Improvement Plan. Provide reflective supervision and oversight to the developmental needs of learners across different teams and services, implementing tailored support plans and CPD activity. Have a solid understanding and knowledge base of services and working with children, young people, and their families, inclusive of legislative requirements and in accordance with established best practice. Provide technical/professional expertise to Trust staff, managers, and leaders, including direct case work support where necessary. Enable and support staff to deliver best practice interventions with allocated children across a range of complexity across services who work with children and families. Share/communicate a thorough working knowledge of relevant legislation, national standards, guidance, research, departmental policy, and procedures through learning opportunities. Provide quality assurance and coaching/mentoring to work colleagues. Undertake learning analysis of needs across services and translate this into training and CPD opportunities, tailoring according to service delivery requirements. Support with the regular collection, organization, and reporting of relevant learning data, ensuring alignment with delivered learning activities and the expectations of project leads.
