We're a fast-growing group of fintech and automotive finance brands based in Bournemouth, and we're looking for an exceptional Social Media Manager to own and grow our digital presence across multiple brands.
This isn't a tick-box content job. We want someone who thinks strategically, creates content that actually converts, and builds brand identities people trust and engage with. We'll pay well for the right person — experience matters, not age.

The Brands You'll Work With:
• Quick Car Finance — UK car finance for all credit types
• Clever Warranty — vehicle warranty products
• Plus additional brands in the fintech and subscription management space

What You'll Own:
• Full Facebook & Instagram management across all brands — strategy, content, scheduling, community management and paid social oversight
• Building YouTube channels from the ground up — scripting, coordinating production, publishing and growing subscribers
• Creating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style) that drives real engagement
• Developing distinct brand voices and visual identities for each business
• Reporting on performance and translating data into strategy adjustments
• Working closely with the founder to align content with growth goals

What We're Looking For:
• Proven track record managing multiple social accounts simultaneously — show us the numbers
• Strong understanding of Meta's advertising ecosystem
• Video content creation skills — comfortable on camera, comfortable behind it, or both
• Someone who follows trends but doesn't chase them blindly
• Self-starter who can manage their own workload without hand-holding
• Portfolio of work is essential — we'll be looking at this closely
Bonus Points For:
• Experience in financial services, automotive or regulated industries
• Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva Pro, Later, Metricool or similar
• Previous agency-side experience managing multiple client accounts
