Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and coordinate marketing and social media staff
· Lead market research efforts and find the best strategy to outshine and stand out among other competitive organisations
· Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
· Coordinate with the admissions team and other departments to produce effective strategies
· Monitor current campaigns, ensuring the staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks
· Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
· Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company and various departments department
· Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective students
· Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns.

* Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Preferred skills and qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
* Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
* Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
* Willingness to travel
* Established contacts in media
