Senior People Partner & Transformational Lead - Contract - Nottingham minimum 3 days per week - Inside IR35 - 3-6 Months
We are currently partnering with a major retail customer to drive their People Transformation Programme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as a trusted strategic partner to the CPO and People Leadership Team (PLT), providing commercial, pragmatic advice and confidently challenging executive thinking.
* Lead the transformation and operating model redesign within the People function, ensuring seamless program delivery and cross-functional alignment.
* Utilise a data driven approach to identify areas for intervention (e.g., engagement, upskilling) and build the functional engagement plan.
* Manage functional headcount budgets in collaboration with the Finance Business Partner.
Experience Required:
* Proven ability to operate and challenge up to Executive Management level.
* Extensive experience as a Senior People Partner within a complex commercial and/or retail environment, operating within a Centres of Expertise model.
* Strong track record of leading complex change strategies and influencing senior teams to drive effective organisational outcomes.
* Highly resilient, tenacious, and experienced in leading, tracking, and delivering large-scale A natural ability to build relationships quickly, navigate complexity, and effectively coach and develop leaders.
