Our Clients Commercial Property team is highly regarded, acting for a diverse client base including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and corporate occupiers across a wide range of sectors.
The Role
We are seeking a bright and commercially-minded Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our clients busy and expanding Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer who is looking to build a successful long-term career in property law within a supportive and progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licenses, agreements for lease, and other property documentation.
* Conducting due diligence, including title reviews, searches, and enquiries.
* Working closely with partners and senior fee earners on more complex matters.
* Supporting business development initiatives and building strong client relationships.
About You:
* You will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify in the next 3–6 months), with a completed seat in Commercial Property.
* Strong technical skills and a genuine interest in real estate law.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
* A proactive, client-focused approach with a commercial mindset.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
