Temporary Administrator Responsibilities
Conducting risk assessments and compliance checks
Ordering supplies for events
Using Canva to create new, on-brand resources
Managing the volunteer inbox
Coordinating diaries and meetings
Answering questions and queries from volunteers and suppliers
Booking rooms and accommodation, arranging logistics
Attending events in person

Temporary Administrator Experience
It will be important that you can demonstrate proven administration skills gained in a commercial setting; experience of coordinating community events will be key!
It is essential that you are well organised, a strong communicator, and have excellent attention to detail as well as strong IT skills.
You will be comfortable working on your own initiative as well as in a busy environment and can confidently handle changing priorities.
You will be outgoing, friendly and passionate about supporting the team through this busy period.
Location
The client’s office located in West Oxford, (OX2). Parking is available on site.
