Extensive background as a Systems Engineer in software-intensive programs, covering requirements analysis through to acceptance and customer sign-off. Proficiency in Linux system administration (RedHat, CentOS) and Windows Server environments, including Active Directory management. Familiarity with physical hardware components such as servers, storage, and desktops. Ability to take technical responsibility and work closely with project management teams to deliver solutions. Manage cloud services in AWS or Azure to support scalable, secure environments. Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Concourse and Atlassian Suite. Participate in system upgrades, migrations (e.g., RedHat migrations), and capacity planning. Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing.
