Sales Negotiator – Key Responsibilities Registering new buyers and handling property enquiries Conducting viewings and providing knowledgeable, professional advice Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers Supporting sales progression through to completion Booking valuations and generating new business opportunities Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high standard of customer care throughout the process Sales Negotiator – Key Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in estate agency or a sales environment is preferred but not essential Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential Organised, motivated, and able to work under pressure Confident, personable, and keen to develop within the industry Sales Negotiator – Package £22,000 – £24,000 basic salary, plus commission incentives Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, with Saturdays on rota (day off in lieu) 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays Ongoing training, support, and funded industry qualifications
