Sales Negotiator – Key Responsibilities
* Registering new buyers and handling property enquiries
* Conducting viewings and providing knowledgeable, professional advice
* Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
* Supporting sales progression through to completion
* Booking valuations and generating new business opportunities
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high standard of customer care throughout the process
Sales Negotiator – Key Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in estate agency or a sales environment is preferred but not essential
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
* Organised, motivated, and able to work under pressure
* Confident, personable, and keen to develop within the industry
Sales Negotiator – Package
* £22,000 – £24,000 basic salary, plus commission incentives
* Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, with Saturdays on rota (day off in lieu)
* 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* Ongoing training, support, and funded industry qualifications
