An established legal practice is seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident professional with a strong understanding of the full residential conveyancing process to manage their own caseload within a supportive, forward-thinking firm.
The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:
Sales and purchases
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
Related residential property transactions
You will be responsible for progressing matters efficiently, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties, and ensuring excellent standards of client care throughout. The role also includes preparing and reviewing contracts, transfers, pre-contract enquiries, completion documentation and supporting with Land Registry requisitions where required.

About You
Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
Strong knowledge of the end-to-end conveyancing process
Professional, team-oriented and client-focused approach
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines effectively and work proactively
A genuine interest in developing further within the property sector

Full-time, permanent position
Office-based role
Location; Sunderland
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm
Salary: £23,000 £24,000 (depending on experience)
