Job Description
The successful candidate will take ownership of litigation relating to:
3. housing disrepair claims;
4. anti-social behaviour injunctions;
5. anti-social behaviour possession claims;
6. tenancy fraud possession claims;
7. prosecutions under the Environmental Protection Act; and
8. money claims.
They will also conduct advocacy where appropriate in order to protect the interests of the Housing Association and its partners.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or Cilex qualified Lawyer with Higher Practising Rights).They will be likely to have at least 7 years PQE and have demonstrable experience of disrepair/housing litigation (including advocacy experience).They will be available to start at short notice and to attend the office on Norwich on a hybrid basis.
