Join our public sector client as a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor and become a key part of their Contact Centre team. You’ll deliver high-quality support across phone, email, and social media, ensuring every customer receives a professional and positive experience.
What you’ll do:
Handle a wide range of enquiries and transactions
Deliver excellent service across multiple channels
Support continuous improvement in customer service
What you’ll need:
Fluent Welsh speaker with strong communication skills
Experience in a customer-facing, multi-channel environment
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft applications
