Randstad is working with leading schools in West Sussex ans Surrey to recruit motivated teaching assistants who are keen to develop their skills while supporting the educational journey of children aged 4:11. With hands:on training and support from experienced staff, this term:time role provides an excellent opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with teachers to manage classroom activities
* Keep track of student progress and report back to the teacher
* Address childrens personal needs and offer pastoral care
* Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure student well:being
* Provide individual or small group support to children
Requirements
* Experience working with children
* Strong passion for education
* GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
* Enhanced DBS (assistance available)
* Effective behaviour management skills
