Junior Paralegal
Location: Bedford (On-site)
Salary: £23,000 £25,000 (depending on experience)
We are seeking a Junior Paralegal to join a busy and supportive legal team based in Bedford. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across a variety of legal matters, while working closely with experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting fee-earners with a range of commercial law, commercial property and litigation matters
* Handling client calls and enquiries
* Opening and maintaining electronic and hard copy files
* Preparing invoices, meeting minutes and legal documents
* Updating internal systems including SharePoint and Clio case management
* Providing administrative and legal support to the wider Legal team
* Reporting to the Legal Director on project progress and attending team meetings
* Supporting business development initiatives and internal processes
