Location: Pershore, Worcestershire (Factory-Based)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience)

Working Days & Hours
* Monday-Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
* Friday: 8:00am - 2:30pm
The Role
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a positive Electrical Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This is a varied role involving the wiring, assembly, and testing of bespoke machinery tailored to specific customer needs.
* Electrical assembly, testing, and wiring of machinery and enclosures.
* Learning to program machines (full training provided).
* Identifying and troubleshooting issues during the testing phase.
* Working collaboratively to meet agreed production deadlines.
Experience: Previous electrical assembly or engineering experience is ideal, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
* Skills: Mechanically minded with a strong desire to learn and progress.
* Attributes: Reliable, hard-working, and a good sense of humour.
