The Role - What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Team Leader, you’ll be the heartbeat of the service, supporting your team and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered day in, day out.
* Lead, mentor and support care staff in delivering exceptional care
* Carry out risk and needs assessments and create person-centred care plans
* Shadow, coach and develop your team to be their best
* Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure quality through spot checks and audits
* Be the go-to for care staff, clients and their families
