We have some fantastic opportunities to join us as a Ramp Agent at Bristol Airport!
What will you do as a Ramp Agent?
* Support the safe arrival, positioning, and turnaround of our aircraft.
* Ensure specialist airside vehicles and equipment are in the right place at the right time.
* Load the aircraft, adhering to loading instructions and weight and balance parameters.
* Work to legal regulations and company requirements; operate all equipment in a safe manner and maintain a clear and safe working environment for you and your colleagues.
* Ensure the delivery of an efficient and friendly service that meets the needs of our customers and promotes our brand values.
Working in all weather conditions, this is a physically demanding role. To work safely in an Airside environment and operate our vehicles, candidates must hold a full UK Manual Driving Licence and pass a Medical, administered by the airport.

* £16.15 per hour plus an additional £4.04 per hour for unsociable hours (hours worked between 11:00pm and 04:59am)

This role is available on a 30-hour per week permanent seasonal contract with the potential to increase to 37.5 hours in Peak (Our permanent seasonal contracts have a short rest period between our busy winter and summer seasons).
This is a rostered role that requires shift working, so flexibility is required - shift patterns are a rolling shift of 4 shifts on, 2 rest days off. Shifts will include very early starts, late finishes, working weekends & bank holidays. You will receive your roster 4 weeks in advance.
Ideal candidates will have experience with aircraft handling including pushback, marshalling, and headset. To work safely in an Airside environment and operate our vehicles, candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence and pass a Medical administered by the airport. It is preferable to hold a valid Airside Driving Permit for Bristol Airport. With a positive and conscientious approach, you will be able to prioritize effectively and ensure the safety of our customers, yourself, and your team.
