We are currently recruiting on behalf of a “Good” rated Primary School in the Wavertree area, who have approached us to source a dedicated long-term member of staff for a 1:1 position in Reception.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s educational journey. The role will involve providing consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day for a child with ASC/ADHD-type needs, developmental delay, and speech and communication challenges. In addition to this, you will also assist with general EYFS classroom duties, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The school is seeking an educator who:
* Has EYFS or Year 1 experience, ideally with a strong understanding of early childhood development.
* Possesses experience working within a SEN capacity, particularly supporting children with additional needs.
* Is patient, nurturing, and able to adapt strategies to meet individual learning requirements.
* Can work collaboratively with the class teacher and wider school team to deliver tailored support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
