The Role!
As an Agency Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of supported living services in the Wiltshire area, supporting individuals with varying support needs, from those with autism, learning difficulties and behaviours that may challenge to individuals who may require extra support around their mental health needs.
The aim at this particular service is to deliver a better life for those severely affected by mental illness. Here you will support individuals living with mental illness to keep safe and well in the community. You will help each individual to maintain their independence and establish a sense of belonging in the community.
You will support each individual in a person-centred way, always promoting choice as your number one priority, and enabling each individual to be as independent as possible and live their lives to the fullest.
