I’m working on a brilliant opportunity for a Head of Amazon to lead the growth of a high-performance consumer tech brand, backed by decades of innovation and a global footprint.
They’re looking for someone with strong Amazon Vendor Central experience, who knows how to scale across multiple SKUs and can bring real commercial thinking to their Amazon channel.
You’ll be joining a business that’s built a reputation for delivering quality products across memory, storage, and tech accessories — all designed to support how we work, play, and stay connected.
This is a key leadership role with the autonomy to shape strategy and drive continued growth across UK, EU and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and lead the Amazon growth strategy, delivering against ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
* Manage and develop the internal Amazon and e-commerce team, building a high-performance culture.
* Act as the key contact for Amazon, including Vendor Manager and AVS relationships, and support financial processes and reconciliations.
* Oversee pricing, promotions, and strategic decision-making across Amazon territories.
* Lead advertising and marketing strategy across AMS, DSP, SEO, and other Amazon tools.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to ensure product pages are optimised, engaging, and on-brand.
* Drive improvements in inventory management, forecasting, and replenishment coordination.
* Deliver regular performance reporting and insights to the wider leadership team.
* Champion a data-driven, continuous improvement mindset across all Amazon activity.

Essentials:
* 5+ years’ experience in Amazon/E-commerce trading, ideally in high-volume, consumer-led categories.
* Proven track record of growing Amazon Vendor accounts and managing large, complex SKU ranges.
* Strong knowledge of Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), with hands-on experience across paid and organic tools.
* Commercial thinker with a deep understanding of trading performance, customer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.
* Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate across Marketing, Finance, and Product.
* Confident team leader with the ability to inspire, develop, and deliver through others.
