Role Description
This is a full-time on-site and off-site role located in Lagos for an Experienced Business Sales Manager. The role involves overseeing and driving sales initiatives by engaging and on-boarding the decision makers in the Inter-State Bus Transport Companies, managing client relationships, and achieving business growth targets. Other responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing sales plans and strategies, conducting business presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Business Management and Sales to drive growth and achieve strategic business objectives
* Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and sales performance
* Customer Service expertise to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Outstanding Communication skills to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and results with both internal teams and clients
* Proven experience in a similar role within the sales or business development domain
* Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM tools is an advantage
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a bonus
