You already know what it feels like to stand in an empty venue the day before doors open and see the whole thing laid out in your head. The load-in schedule, where the signage goes, which supplier needs chasing, what the AV team still has to lock down. You run it without drama and you make it look easy.


This role is for you.


You will own the operational delivery of a portfolio of premium B2B conferences from end to end. In the run-up and live on-site, you are the person who makes it all happen. The venue, the AV team, every supplier, all the branding and signage, and making sure each partner gets exactly what they were promised, on time and to a high standard.


It is a remote role, so you run your own schedule and your own way of working between events. The events run globally, with travel as needed, and the business is established and growing across multiple markets. There is real scope here and a clear runway to grow with it.


We are working on behalf of our partner to bring the right person into the business. They are an established and fast-growing B2B events company, and they want someone who takes genuine ownership rather than waiting to be told. You will report into Managing Director and present full operational readiness in the weeks ahead of each event, so this side of the business is owned properly and nothing gets left to chance.


WHAT YOU'LL OWN


* End-to-end logistics and operations across a portfolio of premium B2B conferences, in the run-up and live on-site
* The full venue relationship, from early planning through to load-in, live days and de-rig
* Coordination of the AV team and technical production partners
* Management of all suppliers and contractors, including build, catering, print, branding and signage
* All on-site signage, branding and wayfinding, delivered to a high standard and on time
* Making sure every partner and sponsor receives exactly what their package promises, on-site and on schedule
* Working closely with the wider team so nothing is missed and everything lands
* Reporting into the Managing Director and presenting operational readiness ahead of each event


WHAT YOU'LL BRING


* A proven track record running logistics and operations specifically within B2B events or conferences (this is essential)
* Hands-on experience managing venues, AV teams and multiple suppliers at once
* The confidence to take full ownership on-site and lead delivery on live days
* Strong stakeholder skills, including presenting clearly and credibly to senior leadership
* A sharp eye for detail and the ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
* Happy to travel to events

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience.
