The Prince of Wales, Barnet (opening Spring 2025) This much-loved local, the last remaining pub in the village of East Barnet, is also currently undergoing a multi-million-pound refurbishment to showcase a 40-cover bar, a 104-cover dining room, and refurbished terrace, with a total of 84 covers for outside dining to the front and rear of the property?.

Chef de Partie-The Ideal Candidate:
* Desire to cook with fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce fabulous dishes
* Able or willing to learn classical French cooking techniques
* To be a real team playerit is essential that you are flexible
* Have great attention to detail and impeccable standards across the kitchen
* Eager to develop themselves and their dishes with guidance from our Chefs
