The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week
Description
This role involves overseeing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching—specialist areas requiring a dedicated point of contact. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, with strong communication skills, and comfortable managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
The role demands high competency in project management and multitasking across projects with varying deadlines and requirements. Effective planning, record-keeping, proactive organization, and clear communication with clients and team members are essential to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Accountabilities
1. Take briefs from various business areas and oversee asset delivery
2. Build positive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment
3. Understand client challenges to gauge priorities
4. Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions
5. Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development
6. Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources
7. Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review, and production processes
8. Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, keeping track of job statuses
9. Keep team members updated on project statuses
10. Motivate team members during high-pressure periods
11. Maintain attention to detail to ensure brief accuracy and quality
12. Work with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery
13. Act as a communication link between the Image team and other departments
14. Manage accounts system and raise PO’s for outsourced or freelance work
15. Ensure all estimates are approved before work begins
16. Issue invoices promptly and accurately
Skills
Requires 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. A keen interest in CG or photography is beneficial. The candidate should be eager to learn team software to improve understanding and confidence in timings. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, a positive attitude, and a 'can-do' approach.
