Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate to join our clients Data and Analytics team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and gain hands-on experience in AI, data analysis, visualization, and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Assist in the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets from various sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Data Management and Integration:
Work with Palantir ecosystem to manage and integrate complex datasets.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across different platforms.
Participate in data governance and quality assurance processes.
Learning and Development:
Gain hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX functions, and report design.
Learn and apply best practices in data engineering, data visualization, and business intelligence.
Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field.
Project Support:
Contribute to ongoing data and analytics projects, providing support in areas such as data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to address business challenges.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
Familiarity with data management platforms, especially Palantir ecosystem, is a plus.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python, R or TypeScript is desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
