Due to increased demand, Driver Hire Perth are looking to recruit a Van Driver to work with our client based in Perth. You will be working dayshift, making deliveries on behalf of a plumbers merchant. The role can involve some manual handling, so you should be comfortable with this.
Van Driver Requirements
1. Category B entitlement on your UK driving licence
2. Recent commercial driver experience as a van driver
3. Good area knowledge to include Perth, Perthshire and Fife
4. No more than 6 points on your licence for minor offences
In return, the Van Driver can expect:
5. Day shift work, starting from 07:30AM each morning
6. Monday to Friday shift pattern on an ad hoc basis
7. Weekly Pay
8. Hourly rate of £14.57 per hour (PAYE inclusive of holiday pay)
9. Overtime paid at enhanced rate after 8 hours
