LOOKING FOR A TECH WIZARD TO TURN OUR MOBILE DREAMS INTO REALITY
Community Integrated Care has a new and exciting opportunity for a Mobile Devices Specialist to join our highly knowledgeable and experienced IT Team on a full-time permanent basis.
The successful candidate should be based within an hour's commute of our head office in Widnes, as you will be required to attend the office at least 2 days a week.

This role involves configuring, managing, and securing mobile devices, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting frontline care operations to deliver value and quality.
Day-to-day responsibilities (not exhaustive):
* Collaborate with IT and other departments to support mobile device needs and integration.
* Secure devices with encryption, antivirus, and updates.
* Maintain accurate inventory records.
* Manage procurement logistics and device lifecycle (deployment, return, cleansing, redeployment).
* Troubleshoot management issues and provide end-user support.
Our Ideal Candidate - Qualifications & Experience:
* Relevant IT qualification (academic or technical).
* Mobile Device Management qualification or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
* Experience in asset management and inventory control.
* Experience with Samsung Knox platform is desirable but not essential.
Skills & Abilities:
* Proficiency with MDM tools and troubleshooting.
* Understanding of mobile security and compliance.
* Experience in service improvement, transformation, and project management.
* Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions.
* Flexibility to meet role demands.
