In this role, you will be responsible for both residential and commercial projects, creating the initial designs, drawing plans for housing and extension projects, liaising with external customers and clients, as well as authorities and conversing with the builders throughout the process.
This role would suit an Architectural/CAD Technician with a background in the domestic sector, and a secure knowledge of building regulations. The ideal Architectural/CAD Technician will also have previous experience within the architectural field. Finally, you will be adept in the use of CAD - specifically AutoCAD 2D.
