Job Description
We are looking for a caring, reliable Support Worker to join our friendly team in Sutton, where you'll support people with learning disabilities to live happy, independent lives.
You'll be based in a welcoming, supportive home in Sutton, South West London, working alongside a close-knit team and supporting eight individuals with learning disabilities.
What You'll Do
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping the people we support with their everyday needs, including:
* Supporting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
* Accompanying them to appointments, activities, and community events
* Helping them feel safe, confident, and empowered
* Providing emotional support and building strong, respectful relationships
* Being a consistent part of their daily routine
Hours and Shift Pattern
This is a full-time position with a rotating shift pattern, which includes:
Day shifts
* Sleep-in shifts
* Waking night shifts
* Some weekends
* Flexibility is key—we're looking for someone reliable and adaptable.
