We are currently recruiting 3 Customer Service Associates to join a busy Corporate Hub environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of local government services, acting as the first point of contact for a wide range of essential services including:
* Adult & Children’s Social Care
* Council Housing & Repairs
* Highways & Transport
* Libraries & Heritage Services
* Registration & Community Services
This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same – ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and making a real difference in the community.
📋 Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls in a busy contact centre environment
* Provide accurate information and support across multiple services
* Log and process customer enquiries efficiently
* Maintain high standards of customer care and professionalism
* Use internal systems and Microsoft Office to manage cases
👤 About You
We’re looking for candidates who:
✔ Have contact centre / telephony experience (essential)
✔ Are confident handling high call volumes
✔ Have excellent communication and listening skills
✔ Are IT literate (Microsoft Office / Windows)
✔ Can work efficiently under pressure
✔ Are passionate about delivering excellent customer service
🏢 Location & Working Pattern
* 📍 Based in Lincoln City Centre (office-based role)
* 🕒 37 hours per week
* ⏰ Shifts between 08:00 – 18:00 (Monday to Friday)
* 🚫 No weekends or bank holidays
