About This Opportunity
Cumberland Council are looking to recruit a Service Manager for Cumberland Youth Justice Service. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
You will lead innovative approaches to service delivery, overseeing a range of quality‑assured, multi‑agency initiatives. Key responsibilities include coordinating Youth Justice Services, Youth Connect, Child Exploitation Team and Early Help Specialist Services, ensuring these efforts drive positive outcomes. As a strategic leader, you will shape countywide practice initiatives, manage performance and champion the implementation of Cumberlands Youth Justice Plan in alignment with national standards. Additionally you will guide the development and delivery of intensive Early Help Services, with a particular focus on addressing child‑exploitation challenges.
This role is available on a permanent basis.
Salary
£65,872 to £68,775 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Workington & Carlisle
