The Role
We are looking for a highly organised, commercially aware Store Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our Glasgow boutique.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and takes pride in delivering consistently high standards across both service and store presentation.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving store performance
- Leading and managing a part-time team
- Ensuring a seamless and elevated customer experience
- Representing the brand both in-store and across social media

Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Standards
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the store
- Maintain exceptional standards across:
- Visual presentation
- Cleanliness and organisation
- Fitting room readiness and experience
- Ensure all appointments run smoothly, on time, and to brand standard
Sales & Commercial Performance
- Drive store targets including:
- Conversion rate
- Average order value
- Add-on sales (veils, accessories, packages)
- Support and motivate the team to maximise every appointment
- Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
Team Management
- Manage and organise a part-time team
- Lead by example on the shop floor
- Provide structure, accountability, and clear expectations
- Ensure consistency in service across all team members

- Deliver a premium, welcoming, and memorable experience for every bride
- Handle customer queries or concerns professionally and confidently
- Ensure every bride receives a consistent Bridal experience

- Act as a confident, front-facing representative of the brand
- Support content creation and in-store social media activity
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and contributing to brand storytelling
- Work alongside the marketing team to bring campaigns to life in-store

About You
Essential:
- Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer-facing management role
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of sales performance
- Confident leading a team and holding people accountable
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Professional, polished, and confident in a client-facing environment
- Comfortable being visible on social media and representing the brand
