ABOUT THE JOB
As Campaign Manager, you will be the driving force behind how VIEVE shows up in the world.
You will lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that elevate brand positioning, create cultural impact, and drive measurable growth. From product launches to brand moments, you will craft compelling narratives and deliver seamless 360° campaigns that connect emotionally and convert commercially.
Working cross-functionally with Creative, Social, E-commerce, PR, Retail and Commercial teams, you will orchestrate fully integrated go-to-market plans - ensuring a cohesive journey from awareness and desire through to conversion, loyalty, and advocacy.
You are a strategic thinker with exceptional taste and commercial instinct, able to protect brand integrity while driving performance and long-term brand equity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for:
Brand & Campaign Strategy
Own the vision and strategy for VIEVE campaigns, strengthening brand equity and differentiation within the global beauty landscape
Develop distinctive campaign narratives that express VIEVE's artistry, point of view and founder DNA
Translate commercial priorities into brand-building, growth-driving campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels
Define launch tiering, audience strategy and messaging frameworks balancing brand elevation with commercial impact
Safeguard tone, visual identity and customer experience across every touchpoint
End-to-End Campaign Delivery
Lead campaigns from insight and ideation through execution and evaluation
Own timelines, budgets and critical paths
Bring teams together around inspiring briefs to unlock best-in-class creative and activation
Oversee development of campaign assets including social content, retail materials, toolkits and experiential moments
Ensure campaigns land as cohesive brand experiences rather than isolated channel activity
Manage external partners to deliver work that raises the bar for the brand
Growth & Commercial Impact
Deliver campaigns that drive audience growth, demand creation and revenue
Define KPIs across awareness, engagement, traffic and conversion
Partner with D2C and Commercial teams to align retail plans and customer experience
Identify opportunities to reach new audiences and deepen loyalty
Balance creativity with commercial rigour to inspire, educate and convert
Cross-Channel Orchestration
Unite social, email, site, PR, paid media, retail and events into one powerful ecosystem
Ensure platform-first execution that ladders back to one distinctive brand story
Work closely with Paid Media to amplify investment through standout creative
Champion innovative formats, partnerships and experiences that help VIEVE cut through the noise
Performance & Continuous Elevation
Define measurement frameworks capturing brand impact and commercial return
Lead post-campaign reviews and embed learnings into future planning
Build campaign playbooks that codify best practice
Stay ahead of cultural and consumer shifts to keep the brand progressive and relevant
Leadership & Collaboration
Support the development of future team members as the function grows
Represent Marketing at Manager level, driving cross-functional collaboration
Act as a role model for VIEVE's values and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns for a premium, beauty or lifestyle brand
Strong strategic thinking with a balanced ability to execute to deadlines
Commercial instinct and confidence balancing brand building with performance
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, timelines and budgets
Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing and customer journey
Ability to translate insight into powerful ideas and measurable outcomes
Collaborative, proactive mindset with a high standard for execution
Passion for the VIEVE brand, community and the beauty industry
