The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Contract Cleaning Manager who will manage a portfolio of accounts in the south. The role involves direct responsibility for the team, client relationships, financial performance, health and safety and additional business development.
Responsibilities
* Contract/Site management of cleaning staff
* Ensure the cleaning service delivery specification is implemented and adhered to
* Plan and implement a visitation programme to monitor cleaning standards and client satisfaction via the Quality Service Level Indicator/ECAT procedure
* Handle client queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Control financial performance of each contract against budgeted requirements
* Maximise business within each contract through additional opportunities for extension, extra work and facility services sales
* Assist the sales team as required
* Ensure adequate supplies are on site
* Recruit, induct and train new staff
* Resolve disciplinary and grievance matters in line with company policy and procedure
* Provide guidance, coaching and training to managers and supervisors
Qualifications
* Experience in managing multiple commercial cleaning accounts
* Strong management style with experience in recruitment, onboarding, training and development
* Passion for people
* Health and Safety qualification or experience in this area
* Client liaison and presentation experience
* Full clean driving licence
