Job Description
Join our in-house services team to support customers across network, server, and security technologies. You will manage engineering schedules, assist with project scoping, and provide occasional help desk support.
Responsibilities
* Manage bookings for the engineering team (pre- and post-sales)
* Liaise with customers regarding schedules and confirmations
* Ensure return of signed scoping documents
* Book hotels and flights for engineers
* Support project managers with scoping requests and documentation
* Follow up on Risk Assessments and RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements)
* Deliver cabling test results to customers
* Manage equipment bookings, survey kits, and internal library
Help Desk Support (as required):
* Call triaging, ticket allocation, and prioritisation
* Monitor and update ticket statuses
* Check Pro Monitoring / Managed Firewall tickets

Salary
* Basic salary £26,000 to £30,000 depending on skills and experience
