Working closely with the Head of E-commerce, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless online customer experience, driving website performance, and supporting digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
E-commerce & Website Management
* Support the day-to-day trading and optimisation of the Shopify website to improve customer experience and conversion.
* Manage product uploads, merchandising, homepage updates, landing pages, and ongoing site maintenance.
* Ensure product imagery, copy, and digital assets are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
* Monitor website performance and support reporting on key e-commerce metrics including traffic, conversion, and customer behaviour.
Customer Experience
* Oversee customer service across email and online chat, ensuring a premium and responsive customer experience.
* Manage returns and exchanges, resolving escalated customer issues efficiently.
* Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, satisfaction, and the overall online journey.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
* Support the planning and execution of social media activity across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
* Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
* Manage community engagement and monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform insights.
Required Experience & Skills
* Previous experience in an E-commerce Executive or similar digital/e-commerce role.
* Strong working knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
* Experience managing website content, merchandising, and digital assets.
* Understanding of e-commerce KPIs and online trading performance.
* Experience with social media management and content scheduling tools.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
* Interest in fashion, luxury, or outerwear brands is highly desirable.
