They are now seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to join their creative function and take ownership of both static and dynamic visual content that supports bids, presentations, digital experiences, and large‑format environmental graphics.
Role Overview:
This is a multi‑disciplinary design role blending graphic design, motion design, and UX design. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business to produce cohesive, engaging, and user‑friendly visual content across digital, interactive, and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Graphic Design
* Create high‑quality graphics, layouts, infographics, and visual assets for RFP responses, credentials documents, and project presentations.
* Produce both static and animated content depending on client requirements and presentation style.
Motion Design
* Transform static content into dynamic visuals using animation, video, and interactive elements within Adobe Creative Suite or other animation/web tools.
UX Design
* Ensure digital products are intuitive, accessible, and user‑friendly, with a strong focus on usability and functionality.
Print & Large‑Format Design
* Design artwork for printed materials including brochures, posters, books, boards, and flyers.
* Produce large‑scale graphics such as wayfinding, manifestations, hoardings, and environmental branding.
* Work within budget constraints and liaise with external print vendors to ensure high‑quality production.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in graphic design, motion design, or UX design within a professional environment; a relevant degree or qualification is preferred.
* Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, motion design tools, web design platforms, and UX tools.
* High levels of creativity and innovation, with the ability to push boundaries and deliver visually compelling solutions.
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high standards across all outputs.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, particularly for client‑facing materials and tenders.
* Confident working both independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
