The Role
This is a people-centred role where you'll create a positive first impression for our patients while keeping the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes. Shift Pattern Hours/Week
* Monday: 3–8pm
* Tuesday: 7:15–12:15pm
* Wednesday: 1:45-8pm
* Thursday: 2–8pm
* Friday: 7:15–12:15pm
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome patients warmly and ensure a professional, caring environment.
* Manage phone calls, emails, and appointments (via Practice Hub).
* Keep reception and treatment rooms organised and presentable.
* Process payments and support patients with account queries.
* Support chiropractors with patient care, records, documentation and scanning.
What We're Looking For
* Previous receptionist/administration experience (healthcare or family-focused environment is a plus).
* Confident with Microsoft Office and Apple software; knowledge of Practice Hub desirable.
* Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.
* Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
