Pay & Working Hours
* * £12.50 per hour
* * Overtime: £18.75 | Bank Holidays: £25.00
* * Shift patterns: 06:00-15:00, 07:00-16:00, 08:00-17:00
* * Rotas available: 5 days on / 3 days off or 4 days on / 2 days off
* * Flexible availability required.
* * Ongoing role with the chance to become permanent
* * Start as soon as your airport checks are cleared

What the Job Involves as a Kitchen Assistant
Inside the busy airport kitchen, you'll help prepare airline meals and equipment by:
* * Chopping, slicing, washing, peeling, and preparing basic ingredients.
* * Helping with simple cooking tasks, passing ingredients, and keeping workstations organised.
* * Unpacking deliveries, organising food stores, rotating stock, and checking dates.
* * Following food safety rules, wearing correct PPE, and keeping work areas tidy.
* * Helping wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
We're Looking For People Who Are:
* * Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
* * Comfortable working on their feet in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
* * Confident using basic kitchen equipment and utensils
* * Able to lift and move catering items safely when required
* * Great team players with a positive, can-do attitude
* * Willing to learn and develop new skills - no experience needed!
