We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our ever-growing team to support a gentleman in his own home. The Service User has Guillain-Barre Syndrome which has led to him requiring long term ventilation via a tracheostomy. The Service Users nutritional needs are met via RIG. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the independence of our clients. We uphold an exceptional standard of care, providing truly personal services that empower our clients to live their lives to the fullest. Your ability to communicate and relate to a diverse range of clients, as well as your understanding of the principles of dignity and respect, will be key in following routines, carrying out set care plans, and recording and monitoring changes in individual conditions.

What we ask from you...
-Following key principles to obtain the clients dignity and respect
-Clinical skills including ventilation and PEG / RIG or the willingness to be clinically trained.
-Abiding by the clients care plan
-Being observant recording and monitoring changes in behaviour
-A full UK driving license is preferable
-A calm and friendly approach
