This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to make an impact by supporting organisational change, TUPE processes, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Deliver HR strategy on-site in partnership with the senior management team. Support the smooth transition of TUPE consultation Assist with organisational design, workforce planning, and capability initiatives. Support onboarding, development, and training of staff across multiple sites. Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and compliance. Provide guidance on performance management, engagement, and employee forums. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in HR operations, ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or retail sectors. Strong understanding / experience of TUPE regulations and experience managing consultation processes.
