A leading UK law firm with a strong national presence is seeking aNewly Qualified Solicitorto join its expandingReal Estate team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a Legal 500-recognised team on a broad range ofcommercial propertymatters for high-profile clients across the public and private sectors.
The Role
You will work on a wide variety of real estate transactions, including:
* Drafting and advising onleases,development agreements,funding arrangements, andsite disposals
* Supportinglarge regeneration projectsandbespoke ventures
* Advising onLTA 1954 renewals,easements,covenants, andland registration
* Managing your own caseload and assisting senior team members as needed
* Collaborating closely with clients includingretailers,developers,local authorities,universities, andsocial housing providers
This role offers the opportunity to work on matters ranging from£100m+ developmentstocomplex portfolio managementprojects.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have:
* 0–1 years PQEwith training or post-qualification experience inreal estate law
* Familiarity withlandlord and tenantwork andproperty management
* Experience or interest indevelopment work(beneficial)
* Strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
* A team-oriented, proactive approach and the ability to meet deadlines and targets
