You’ll manage the daily operation of the house, including opening and ensuring the right people are in place to deliver a consistently high-quality visit.You’ll plan and deliver conservation programmes, exhibitions and projects, using data and collections systems to support how the collections are cared for and presented. You’ll also play a key role in embedding excellent customer care, helping visitors connect with the collection and the work of the team.As part of the role, you’ll join the duty management rota, working across the wider estate to respond to property needs.
