Overview
You will ensure students are safe and their welfare is addressed through the coordination of health and safety policies and procedures. You will work as part of the Safeguarding Team and work alongside the Attendance and Pastoral Teams to remove barriers to learning and ensure students feel safe to attend school. You will be aware of current health and safety legislation so that the necessary training can be implemented, enabling staff to manage student's safety and well-being with confidence.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate health and safety policies and procedures to ensure student safety and welfare.
* Work as part of the Safeguarding Team and collaborate with Attendance and Pastoral Teams to remove barriers to learning and encourage school attendance.
* Ensure staff training aligns with current health and safety legislation, enabling confident management of student safety and well-being.
