As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you’ll support the design, development, installation and maintenance of electrical systems at our Wyke manufacturing site. Working closely with experienced engineers and technical specialists, this role offers excellent exposure to both office-based engineering activities and on-site operational work, giving you a strong foundation for a long-term engineering career at Nufarm.
How You’ll Help Us Grow
1. Support the preparation of electrical engineering designs, calculations, drawings and technical specifications
2. Assist with maintenance delivery and operational support across electrical, mechanical, civil and process engineering teams
3. Participate in site surveys, commissioning activities and technical inspections
4. Support health, safety and compliance documentation in line with site and regulatory standards
5. Work with contractors and suppliers to support safe and effective delivery of electrical works
6. Contribute to continuous improvement, learning and professional development activities
Could This Be You?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated graduate who brings:
7. A recent degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (BEng or MEng), or equivalent
8. A strong interest in working within a manufacturing or industrial environment
9. Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
10. A methodical approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail
11. A willingness to learn, develop and work safely on a live manufacturing site
12. Exposure to CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD or SolidWorks) and a solid grounding in engineering principles
