Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kings Langley. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching prospects, qualifying leads, and managing a pipeline of potential clients. The role involves conducting outbound calls and meetings, preparing tailored proposals, and presenting SMA Worldwide’s logistics solutions to decision-makers. The person in this position will collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts and high service standards. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate CRM records, monitoring market trends, and supporting account growth through regular follow-ups and relationship management. This job entails both Pallets services (WD & HP) and International Express Courier (Import/Export) with DG services for central London territory working with monthly, quarterly and annual targets to achieve
