Our client is a successful and established business based in Seaham. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team full time on a temporary to permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below for an immediate response.
The Job you will be Doing
* Answering calls into the department
* Booking in deliveries
* Liaising between departments
* Assist with account management duties as requested
* Scheduling deliveries of customer stock
* Responsible for the full project process including issuing of detailed works instructions and communication of customer requirements
* Liaising with all internal key contacts in a timely and professional manner
* Ensure departmental housekeeping is maintained to require standards
About You
* Previous customer service experience is desirable
* Computer literate
* Understanding of customer requirements
* Good communication skills
* Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
* Good time management
* Committed and flexible team worker
* Proactive and uses initiative
