Effectively provide learning opportunities which meet the needs of all pupils with Additional Learning Needs and manage behaviour extremely well. Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the principles and vision of Curriculum for Wales. Have a clear vision for creative and effective learning environments both indoors and outdoors.
